Securitize and Gauntlet have unveiled a Leveraged real-world asset (RWA) strategy utilizing Morpho’s infrastructure with ACRED tokens on Polygon PoS. The tokenized version of an Apollo-managed multi-asset credit fund integrates Securitize’s sToken vault technology, blending traditional and decentralized finance.
The mechanism allows investors to deposit ACRED tokens into Gauntlet-curated vaults, automating yield optimization within a risk-managed framework. Vaults collateralize ACRED on Morpho to borrow USDC, which is then recycled into additional ACRED purchases—creating a compounding loop constrained only by risk parameters.
